Olden Days Carriage Services Contract for:

The above named individual/company agrees to pay $_______________
for carriage services at the agreed upon location _____________________________________
on the date of ______________
for a period of not more than one hour (excluding O.D.C. set-up and break-down times)
beginning at :________ am / pm
If for any reasons the services required exceed that hour, then the above named individual, company (client)
agrees to pay for another full hour and for subsequent hours as they occur at $100 each.
Fuel charges calculated for this event are as follows:
$__________per mile; total milage of _________ for a total of $______________
Total charges are to be paid in full 48 hours prior to date of event.
REFUNDS:
Adverse weather conditions may require that O.D.C. delay or cancel services prior to the event
in order to prevent any accidents with our horses.
Refunds will only be paid in full if weather conditions prior to our arrival prohibit O.D.C. from operating,
or if reservations are canceled at least 72 hours in advance.
No refunds will be made if adverse weather conditions occur after the truck/trailer/carriage is set up at your location.
LOCATION REQUIREMENTS:
Due to the size of our truck and trailer, a safe on-site location is needed of adequate space
to park/turn around and exit the property with a dually pick-up and a 38 foot trailer.
This location needs to be as level as possible, and mud-free.
If the event involves traversing primary city streets or state highways, the above named client will be responsible
for providing full traffic escort services (police or other law enforcement with warning lights)
where needed, to prevent any accidents with our horses or clients,
as well as any and all nessecary permission and or permits needed for the local municipality.
Prior to the event, O.D.C. staff must approve the carriage route to insure there aren’t any foreseeable
problems such as too steep of a grade, poor road condition, other animals nearby or anything else
that may be potentially dangerous to the horse or our clients.
If any of these conditions are found and cannot be remedied, the contract will be cancelled
and any money refunded at that time. The safety of our horses and our clients are our top priorities.
I have read and agree to all of the above and have enclosed or made arrangements for payment.
